The Cathy Rich has 12,500 trained clients in various aspects of food processing technology. Some of these trainees have gone on to start up a new food processing business or have improved their existing business by adding new products, improving the technology used, changed their production process to improve production, enhanced production quality and increased marketing and financial management.
